Nicky Skolnick has been working in the medical industry for 35 years, across six specialties. She holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the School of Public Health at the University of Michigan and is a Board Certified Functional Nutritionist.
Nicky became interested in fat loss and skin tightening after speaking with hundreds of women in peri-menopause and menopause with the same complaints..."I can't get rid of my menopausal middle no matter how much I exercise" and "My skin is loose, wrinkled, and crepey." Extensive research into non-invasive fat loss and skin tightening led Nicky to UltraSlim, the only completely non-invasive treatment that offers immediate results.

Denise Groo has been active in the medical, health and wellness industry since 1993 when she earned a Master’s in Exercise Science. As a Health Coach, she formed Inspired Trans4mation to help clients proactively create their most vibrant and healthy lives. Denise specializes in a bio-individual approach to creating optimal health because bottom line, no “BODY” is the same. Having researched the science and witnessed the results, Denise is excited about the options UltraSlim provides clients wanting to jump start or accelerate their progress.

Dr. Skolnick, a board certified Ophthalmologist, graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan. He went on to receive his medical degree from The Ohio State University, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Skolnick became interested in fat loss after many years treating diabetic retinopathy and counseling patients about the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
